This is a private pilot for independently rebuilding a narrow class of sites on a simpler system: portfolio and marketing sites with roughly 5–40 public pages. Sites built on Squarespace, Cargo, Wix, or hand-coded HTML are eligible today; other builders are checked case by case. A public fit check only tells us whether a site looks eligible; it is not acceptance or a guarantee about the final result.

The public check is fit-only: it reads your public site and doesn’t touch or change anything. If it looks promising, a private preview can follow only after I verify that you control the domain and have rights to the content and assets you want kept.

First, I check fit from the public site. If it looks promising, I verify domain control and your rights to use the content, images, fonts, media, code, and other assets. Only then do I build a private preview. Preview first; pay only on approval. Your current site stays untouched while you review it, and any cutover is a separate decision you approve.

The pricing hypotheses for this pilot are $39/year or $4.99/month for a supported site. These are pilot hypotheses, not a final promise; domain costs, licensed fonts, third-party services, and unsupported features are discussed before launch.

You review the private preview before deciding whether to proceed. Ongoing edits, CMS setup, domains, fonts, third-party services, and any export handoff are discussed separately and agreed before launch. Automated export is not available yet.

Eligibility requires a portfolio or marketing site with roughly 5–40 public pages, a builder I can rebuild independently, domain/ownership verification, and clear rights for the content, media, code, assets, and fonts you want kept. The rebuild is an independent implementation, not a pixel-for-pixel reproduction: platform templates, proprietary widgets, and licensed fonts don’t come across, and anything that needs replacing is listed before you commit. The pilot pricing hypotheses are $39/year or $4.99/month and are agreed before approval.

The first lane does not accept stores, memberships, booking, gated content, custom apps, or sites with unresolved asset or font rights. Other builders and Squarespace versions are outside this pilot. A public fit result is not acceptance: supported- scope review, ownership and rights verification, and your approval are required.
